Returning to Jerusalem form a trip along the Jordan Valley, I was struck by the glowing colors of the prevailing landscape light. Painting from memory, I toned the paper with shades of Burnt Sienna, Yellow Ochre , Indigo and Hookers Green, adding a few details to capture the shining light.
